Volunteers: Journey with us!

Are you interested in volunteering at Costume College 2025?

We seek enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year successful. Even two hours of your time will make all the difference for everyone.

There are plenty of opportunities to help before, during, and after Costume College. Some of our spots include setting up classes or events, assisting instructors during class, and breaking down afterward. If you have some time, we can use your help!

We use SignUp.com for volunteer shifts.  We ask that volunteers to sign up in advance as much as possible. Costume College has a lot of moving parts and planning ahead of time is absolutely essential to the smooth running of the event.

Of course, if you also find a spare hour or two to help while at Costume College, please drop by the Volunteer Table so we can match you with an open spot.

Costume College is entirely volunteer-run. We understand the value of volunteers and their time to run the show. We are appreciate any help you can provide us.

A tremendous thank you in advance for signing up to volunteer. And speaking of thank you! Make sure to drop by the table to see our selection of thank you gifts. It all starts with a badge ribbon for 1 hour of assistance. Plus, you could win our daily prize raffle for everyone who volunteers hours that day. In addition, we will be giving away a Costume College scholarship for the individual who volunteers the most time over the weekend.
