Costume College 2025 MarketplaceVendor Application InformationDeadline to submit has been extended to February 10, 2025. Costume College offers vendors an opportunity to be selected to display and sell their wares in the Marketplace. The selection is juried by the Costume College Committee. Past participation does NOT guarantee inclusion in the Costume College 2025 Marketplace. If you wish to be considered for inclusion in the 2025 Marketplace, please complete the on-line application and submit with all required paperwork no later than February 10, 2025. You do NOT need to be a member of Costumer's Guild West to submit this application. The Costume College Marketplace Vendor Application will be available on Costumer’s Guild West’s website or by clicking on the image below beginning December 19, 2024. You will need to log into your CGW account/profile to access the form. If you do not have a CGW account/profile you will need to create a guest account. Creating a guest account does not make you a CGW member – or require you to pay for membership.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance to the Marketplace via email on or about February 25, 2025. Booth Space Fees (Maximum of two spaces per vendor). Vendors accepted to the Marketplace will be emailed an invoice for Booth Space Fees. Payment of booth space fees is due within seven (7) days of notification that their application has been accepted.
Booth space fees do NOT include rental of tables. You are welcome to bring your own or you may rent up to four (4) tables from us at $20 per table. (Table rental price is for the duration of the event.) Terms and Conditions:
Vendor ID badges with the business name must be worn at all times in the Marketplace.
Rental space is a defined booth space only. All merchandise and displays must be located within your booth perimeter to conform to Public Safety and Fire Regulations. If any items are found outside of your defined space, you will be required to rearrange your display to meet this requirement. No exceptions. Vendor set-up will be available starting at 3pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Vendor pack-out will begin at approximately 5pm Sunday, August 3, 2025 after close of Marketplace.
Hotel Reservations: Hotel room reservations must be made by the vendor directly through the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel. The Costume College discounted room rate is based on occupancy. Please see the Hotel Reservation page for room rate information. The link to reserve a hotel room will be sent to vendors in March 2025. Costume College will comply with all local and state laws governing public safety, fire, and earthquake standards and in particular the Los Angeles Fire Marshall’s standards for conventions and public access.
Should the Vendor notify Costume College, in writing, of their intention to withdraw from the Marketplace AT LEAST 15 days prior to Costume College, all fees shall be returned less a $25 per space administrative fee. Should such written notice occur less than 15 days prior to Costume College, all fees shall be forfeited. The Costume College 2025 Marketplace is open to the general public.
